Online training and support is available from FOSS Labs for all of our customers.  Subscribers have the ability gain 24 hour access to Foss Labs technical support from within the FOSS Labs Open Source Administration. Subscribers also receive access to FOSS Labs Open Source community forums, download manager, new documentation, product alerts, bug tracker, and FAQs.  In addition to these support services subscribers have the option of requesting specialized assistance from a FOSS Labs professional by creating a support case within the support network.  A support case is defined as a specialized request by a Foss Labs Support Network subscriber for a FOSS Labs Support Professional to consult, develop, or alter a FOSS Labs Product or similar system to the benefit of the FOSS Labs Support Network subscriber.  This includes 24 hour access to the Foss Labs Support Network and the ongoing maintenance that is essential in the long term success of the systems security, stability and integrity.
